State Qualifying Events are the first step in the championship series — singers compete locally for a chance to advance to their State Finals and ultimately the World Finals in Las Vegas.
One (1) song per event. Maximum performance time: four (4) minutes. Performances exceeding the limit may be stopped and/or scored accordingly.
Open bracket — no genre divisions. Participants must be at least 21 years of age on the day of the event. Entry limited to 30 solo performers.
